Brook Peplinski

Brook Peplinski is an accounting professional who earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting from Washington State University in 2025. She is currently pursuing her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and has joined Furin & Company to further expand her knowledge of tax preparation and advisory services.

Brook’s interest in accounting began while working as a mortgage processor, where she regularly reviewed tax returns and developed a strong curiosity for the field. After completing her degree, she gained valuable experience at Island County Public Health, where she worked with grants and developed an understanding of public funding and budget work. She then transitioned to an audit firm, contributing to audits for nonprofit organizations and healthcare entities before starting with Furin & Company to prepare taxes.

Having been born and raised in Oak Harbor, Brook is passionate about giving back. She is dedicated to helping individuals and businesses navigate their taxes and financial needs while making a positive impact in the community she calls home.

Outside of the office, Brook enjoys spending days in the garden with her dogs and quality time with her family.
