Tammy Mesmer

Tammy Mesmer is a Staff Tax Accountant and Bookkeeping Account Manager with more than 30 years of accounting experience. Her background spans a wide range of organizations—from small, family‑owned businesses to multi‑million‑dollar corporations.

Tammy and her husband relocated from Wisconsin to Anacortes in 2010, and she joined Furin & Company, P.S. in March 2012. Although transitioning from private to public accounting was a significant change, Tammy enjoys the variety of people and businesses she works with each day. She has a talent for helping new businesses get established, supporting ongoing operations with payroll and bookkeeping services, and preparing both corporate and personal tax returns.

In 2023, Tammy and her husband moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to their daughter, two grandsons, and son. She continues to enjoy working with Furin & Company and values the clients she has been fortunate to serve over the years. While she still loves to travel, most of her time now is happily spent cheering on her grandsons at their many sporting events.
